Local graffiti

While on the topic, I thought I’d take the opportunity to showcase this Flickr group highlighting some local graffiti art. One of my favourites:

The goal of this group is to urge Lethbridge City council to provide “safe” areas in the city for street artists and to promote RESPONSIBLE and LEGAL graffiti in Southern Alberta.

  1. Once, I was sitting outside my class. These where the days when I was always early. And I overheard a student say “I just really went off on graffiti because I know how much she hates it”. They had just had a mid-term. I was disappointed that a Prof would hate graffiti. Graffiti art is for the people that walk on cities streets.
