Five or so years ago, before these gorgeous flowing silver locks, and possibly a touch of dementia, I was a guest appearance on Wallie’s “Stranger Danger” vodcast. We sampled three different kinds of beer as part of his Fermented Nerds series.
You may not recall, but my co-author (and wife) Melissa and I got married at Kapow, in his comic book shop that once had a home downtown. Miss it. Getting married in a comic shop was never on my bucket list but it makes for a great story. And without ado, here’s a hoppy adventure:
The IBU of the IPA was over 9000. Delicious.
So if this has you a little thirsty, not for me but rather beer, I suggest visiting our local craft brewery: [Theoretically] Brewing Co.
Kelti and friends are always inviting, and their ales are as nerdy and great as they are. Cheers!
NOTE: I wanted to take this post down, though chose to leave it. At the time of writing, I still thought of Wallie as a friend. Life happens and that is no longer the case here; circumstances change and the people in your life reflect that. This is a snapshot in time.
