If you’ve frequented the Telegraph Tap House, you’ll likely recognize Julius as a regular figure there. Not only is he a server at one of the finest taphouses in Lethbridge, but he’s a passionate author who wants to give back to his community.
We featured Liam back when he was only ten years old. Nearing a decade later, he still hones his blades (both knives and skates) to create culinary experiences and inspire youth to cook food using local ingredients.
