Two fashion shows in two weeks! Lethbridge Fashion Week’s bi-annual fashion show is this Friday, and there’s 99% chance you’ll see me there. And also probably the Kabuki Guns Burlesque show at Henotic. I’ll be wearing my pasties.
If I may also suggest, check out the Amelia Earhart, Glencoulee and Classified shows. All 3 are a different genre, so take your pick!
If you weren’t at Henotic last night to catch the debut of Lethbridge’s hot, new girl-group (with 2 boys) The Myelin Sheaths, some crafty character uploaded their entire show to YouTube. He must of been standing right next to me the whole time and I never even noticed. Remind me never to be a watchman…
This weekend, the 6th installment of “Pretty, Witty & Gay” runs at the U of L David Spinks Theatre. It’s a celebration of sexual diversity on stage.
The show promises to entertain, provoke, challenge and excite you with performances including everything from theatre to music to dance to performance art, even drag! With exciting new work, as well as stand-by classics from U of L students, faculty, alumni and community members.
The show sells out every year and promises to be a good time.
